After watching dozens of utube reviews of interchangeable needle sets I decided to go with Chiaogoo. I like the needles and cables so far and was happy to get a set that had the smaller sizes as I rarely use anything bigger than a 5mm. My Addi Rocket set only went down to a 3.5 mm and also the joint was catching on finer yarns. The Chiaogoo set goes down to 2.75 mm but strangely enough does not include a 3mm so I bought that separately. I bought a few extra long cables. I found the join on the silver coloured extra cable a bit rough and will stick to the red ones from now on. The case is good looking and well organized.
After researching needles I looked for a place to purchase and I found Sweet Georgia had a large selection. I expected the address to be quite industrial and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and found that they are looking out at the Fraser River with a pleasant greenway right in front. It’s lovely. The shop is very nice and the staff are very helpful and patient.

Gorgeous bold colourways and fiber that I can't stop touching. It wants to spin quite fine. I'm a fairly beginner spinner and was using this to sample and spin up some opposing ply sock yarn. The resulting fabric can have beautiful drape. There are some great exercises on the blog using this fiber blend to sample. I want more of the "tanzanite" colourway for sure but I was surprised by how much I liked "tapestry" as well.

I think the cotton spinning course is schedule to be available soon! I’m sure it will live up to its hype!

And the yarn is fantastic, great knit with, and wears so well, have made MANY socks with sock blank, and using leftover for stripes is so beautiful and interesting

This is proving to be a fun and quick knit. I am using a Party of Five that has been in my stash a while. I am so glad to have found a small project that shows off the beautiful fade for just one package. Almost finished.

It was hard to find, but well worth the driving! Sweet Georgia yarns are beautiful, with a very smooth hand and a lovely finish. Saturated colors make them the perfect choice for any project. I just love this yarn!
