Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sweetgeorgiayarns.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns on spinning and weaving tools and equipment. These specialty items are not kept in regular stock and are ordered specifically based on customer requests.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return, as well as any clearance fees, customs and/or duty charged upon receipt of your parcel. To avoid any additional fees, we recommend shipping your parcel via Canada Post or USPS and declare the items as “returned goods”. Please allow adequate time for us to receive your package; we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returns, we will process the refund. Depending on your method of payment, it may take a couple of business days for you to see the refund in your account.
Please do not ship items to our Blaine location as we will incur extra fees, and it will take much longer to get back to us. If you do ship to our Blaine location, we will process your refund less $10 to cover the additional fees. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@sweetgeorgiayarns.com.
