My thoughts on the on-line gift card process.

Customer service response was very quick and helpful. Online ordering was seamless. My observations of the Gift Card document: 1) I think that the name (SweetGeorgia Studio) needs to far more visible. 2) Store address and hours, and web and email address built into the document would probably be helpful to the recipient of the gift card if they are not familiar with Sweet Georgia.
