Love the Party of Five Tough Love Mini-skein Set

I love the party of five Tough Love mini-skein set. The colors work well together and have such a nice feel. I will be using the set this week in the Winterful Weave-along. I am so excited to see them blend together on the loom.

The yarn seems fine, however I am not happy with the customer service. I was not given the discount for being a student at SOS because I did not use the discount code. When I asked for a credit towards a future order I got no response. Having had such a great experience with the school, I was surprised by this experience.

Return policy unduly complicated

I bought 3 Party of Five’s. Two were as depicted. One was not. To return it required getting a special code, using the same box to return it, NOT sending it to the address on the box or it would be returned, and going through customs because the company is located in Canada, though mailed from New York. Really bad customer service.
