Return policy unduly complicated

I bought 3 Party of Five’s. Two were as depicted. One was not. To return it required getting a special code, using the same box to return it, NOT sending it to the address on the box or it would be returned, and going through customs because the company is located in Canada, though mailed from New York. Really bad customer service.

Lovely colors and easily knits

Received my order quickly. The yarns are soft and the colors amazing! Very easy to knit with and the fabric is as soft as the yarn originally feels. Looking forward to purchasing more when this project is complete.
