Stubbly moss stitch combines with the gentle waves of Old Shale in this asymmetrical triangular shawl. The dancing layers of colour culminate in a fluted edge. It's a show stopping accessory for any shawl lover.

• yarn: 1 skein SweetGeorgia Tough Love Sock in Dreamboat (MC) (425 yd / 385 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 80% easy-care merino, 20% nylon)
  1 mini-skein set SweetGeorgia Party of Five Tough Love Sock in Whisper (CC1-5) (~525 yd / 480 m per set; 80% easy-care merino, 20% nylon)
  
• needles: Size 4 US / 3.5 mm circular needles, 40"/ 100 cm long
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
• gauge: 23 sts and 35 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Moss stitch, after blocking
  24 sts and 36 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Old Shale stitch, after blocking
  Approx 19 rows = 4" / 10 cm along the top edge of shawl, after blocking
• finished measurements: 69" / 175.5 cm in wingspan
  24 ½" / 62 cm at deepest point
