A Slouchy Hat + Mitt Set // Design by Mona Zillah

Inspired by the Yorkshire Diamonds Pavilion from the Various Architects Project, this hat and mitt set is a celebration of colour, structure, and sustainability. Perfect for learning stranded colourwork, knitters of every level will savour the practice as much as the result.

• yarn: 3 skeins SweetGeorgia Mohair Silk DK, 1 each in Ultraviolet (MC), Trinket (CC1) and Silver (CC2) (218 yd / 200 m per 3.5 oz / 100 g skein; 90% easy-care merino, 5% super kid mohair, 5% silk)
• hooks: Size I-9 US / 5.5 mm crochet hook
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
• gauge: Hat 22 sts and 24 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette stich, after blocking
  Mitts 24 sts and 28 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette stich, after blocking
