Register by December 24 for an Early Bird Discount!

We're excited to welcome instructor Debbie Held to Vancouver this May for two in-person workshops! Debbie will start the day demonstrating some of the many uses for a blending board, including carding a woollen cloud, dizzing gradient and lightly textured rovings, carding the loftiest of batts, through to an afternoon of exploring a variety of silk fibres, these two workshops complement each other perfectly and we are excited to spend the day learning from Debbie’s warm and encouraging teaching style.

Debbie's morning workshop at SweetGeorgia Yarns, Love Your Blending Board, is for anyone interested in amplifying the potential power of their blending board while learning more about fibre preparation and spinning. And the second workshop in the afternoon, Carding Wild Silks: Rolags, Punis & Puni-Rolags, will take place at the beautiful Silk Weaving Studio on Granville Island.

Those attending both workshops are welcome to stay in the SweetGeorgia Studio for lunch, and then we will make our way to Sanjo Silk on Granville Island for the second workshop.
