I purchased yarn from these fine folks for my daughter. I made an initial purchase then my daughter stated she needed more yarn later the same day I had made my order and when I realized purchasing an additional few items would give me free shipping I wrote a friendly letter stating hey even though I made two orders may I still get the free shipping and I got a friendly response and the answer was yes of course you can. I frankly know nothing of this company but that customer service alone tells me more than I need to know, this is a good company, they care about their customers. Before I wrote this I did call my daughter and ask her her opinion of the company. She states she is very pleased and she states that there's a reason she purchases from them. Frankly when she first wanted this yarn I assumed I'd be ordering something from China. I was happily wrong. These folks operate out of Vancouver and I was very pleased with that. I sensed no problem shipping into the States. I would have no problem purchasing from them again on behalf of my daughter
