SEPTEMBER 2024 // RIVERFRONT
Gradient-dyed sock blanks are so much fun to play with and I can already imagine so many projects with this colourway.
It would be really easy to say that “Riverfront” is inspired by the fact that we moved our studio to a spot right along the Fraser River and that we are so blessed to enjoy a beautiful view of the river every day, but this month’s inspiration is something a little different.
During the creation of this colourway, my family and I were planning a trip to head three hours eastbound to meet up with three other families. We’ll be camping next to the Similkameen River for three nights.
The September Yarn Club Box includes:
- One Single Sock Blank (425 yards / 388 m per 4 oz / 115g skein; 80% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Nylon) in Riverfront
- A colour inspiration story and guide to knitting and crochet project ideas designed to showcase the unique qualities of this month's yarn
- A custom faux suede tag for your knitting and crochet projects
