JANUARY 2026 // ARCTIC AIR

This past November, I visited the Yukon for the first time ever. The weather was forecast to be a nice, crisp -15°C / 59°F and lightly snowy. Absolutely perfect. While I didn’t expect it, one of my hopes was to see the Northern Lights. Then one morning at 7 am, for about 15 minutes, we managed to catch some very faint Aurora activity.

This brief moment of awe reminded me that maybe amazing, spectacular, and vibrant experiences are happening all around me... and I just need to pause to notice the magic.
