Brown Sugar Pearls. Boba. Bubble Tea. Precious pearls of chewy, sweet goodness. I would choose this over cake or ice cream, any day!
Do you have little rituals or treats that you enjoy on a regular basis? A little rhythm of treating yourself to something nice and comforting?
For me, my favourite treat has become the brown sugar boba drink. I’ve learned to make it myself, but honestly I prefer when someone else makes it. I’ve also come to love this drink hot and made with oat milk, a streaky splash of brown sugar syrup, and a bunch of delicious tapioca pearls. I don’t have it on the regular...maybe only a couple times year, really. It’s a special treat for special times.
