The glassy, clear, and refreshing feel of a dip in the lake... the perfect thing to cool down on a hot, sunny August day.
These blue, green, and aqua colours turned out beautifully on the double sock blank. When you dye a sock blank, the knitted stitches work like a bit of a natural resist and creates some lighter spots in the yarn. So when you unravel the yarn, the colours look almost speckled — like a ray of sunshine hitting the water and glittering in the light.
