Schacht's unique Duet Tapestry Beater is just the right weight, feels good in your hand, and has interchangeable combs. Choose between 8 and 12 ends per inch for the best size for your project.
To change combs, just loosen the screw in the handle and exchange combs, and then retighten the screw.
Comfortable to use and effective. Good customer service. Item arrived as promised.
Nice piece of equipment thanks
Schacht Duet Tapestry Beater
I am new to Tapestry work and I have never used a tapestry fork or beater. I purchased the Schacht Duet beater and I love it. The tins are smooth and glide smoothly through the weft, they are interchangeable and I imagine for those that are more experienced it is a really good thing. It is not heavy and it fits nicely in my hand.
