This relaxed slouch beanie has all the markings of a year-round, fun-to-wear accessory. Worked top down in the round with rows of alternating double crochet and deep raised double crochet ribbing, it offers abundant texture and interest from start to finish.

• yarn: 1 skein SweetGeorgia Yarns Superwash DK in Ginger (256 yd / 234 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 100% superwash merino)
• hooks: Size 7 US / 4.5 mm crochet hook
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
• gauge: 17 sts and 10 rnds = 4" / 10 cm in double crochet, after blocking
  For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge.
