A Cowl and Fingerless Glove Set // Design by Rebecca Craig
This cozy cowl and fingerless gloves are the perfect accessories as the weather gets warmer, but that cold bite hasn't quite disappeared. Highly textured with slip stitches, they are a quick knit in worsted weight yarn. The design is a stunning way to show off hand dyed yarn or texture with a solid colour.
- yarn: 2 skeins SweetGeorgia Merino Worsted in Cranberries in the Snow (200 yds / 182 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 100% easy-care merino wool)

needles:Size 9 US / 5.5 mm circular needles, 24" / 60 cm long
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge. -
gauge: 21 sts and 40 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Herringbone Stitch, after blocking
Note that gauge is not crucial, but will affect required yardage and finished size. -
finished measurements: Gloves: 7" / 18 cm at finger opening and 9" / 23 cm long
Cowl: 22" / 56 cm circumference and 8" / 20 cm tall
