  • yarn: 3 skeins SweetGeorgia Mohair Silk DK in Shadow (218 yd / 200 m per 3.5 oz / 100 g skein; 90% easy-care merino, 5% super kid mohair, 5% silk)
    Hat requires 1 skein, scarf requires 2 skeins
  • needles: Size 4 US / 3.5 mm needles
    Size 6 US / 4 mm needles
    Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
  • gauge: Hat: 28 sts and 28 rnds = 4" / 10 cm in Cable pattern using larger needles, after blocking
    Scarf: 21 sts and 28 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Cable pattern using larger needles, after blocking
    For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge.
