Decadent Garden

Cabled Triangular Shawl // Design by Emily Wood

As dusk settles onto the climbing vines and wooden trellises, the garden seems almost decadent in its hues. This shawl captures that magical essence with lace ladders and braided cables, for an accessory that is rich, yet delightfully quick-to-knit.

• yarn: 5 mini skeins SweetGeorgia Yarns Tough Love Sock in Rustle (1 set of Party of Five, ~525 yd / 480 m per bag; 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon)
• needles: Size 4 US / 3.5 mm circular needles, at least 24" / 100 cm long
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
• gauge: 27 sts and 36 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Cable and Lace pattern, after blocking
  Note that gauge is not crucial, but will affect required yardage and finished size.
• finished measurements: 52" / 132 cm x 23" / 58.5 cm at its widest point
