Sideways Asymmetrical Triangle // Design by Tabetha Hedrick

At the edge of the shore, the sun's glow erases lines of bright peach and gold, pinks and blues, into a shimmering illusion. We tried to capture that romantic view with this large, asymmetrical shawl. Featuring short row wedges and simple lace, every knitter can savor that beachside sensation.

• yarn: 5 skeins SweetGeorgia Tough Love Sock, 1 each in Bubble Wand (A), Rose Gold (B), Custard (C), Baby Duck (D) and Peachy (E) (425 yd / 385 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 80% easy-care merino, 20% nylon)
• needles: Size 6 US / 4 mm circular needles, 24" (60 cm) long
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
• gauge: 22 sts and 48 rows = 4" / 10 cm in garter stitch, unblocked and unstretched
  Note that gauge is not crucial, but will affect required yardage and finished size.
• finished measurements: 61" / 157 cm wingspan x 34" / 87.5 cm depth, relaxed after unpinning.
