needles: Size 7 US / 4.5 mm circular needles, 16" / 40 cm long for working hat body
Size 7 US / 4.5 mm circular needles, 32" / 80 cm or longer for Mobius stripAdjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge. -
gauge: 17 sts and 25 rnds = 4" / 10 cm in St pattern, after blocking
For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge. -
finished measurements: 20 ¾ (21 ½, 22 ½)“ / 52.5 (54.5, 57) cm circumference
Suggest negative ease of about 1-1 ½” / 2.5-4 cm.
