• yarn: 2 skeins SweetGeorgia Yarns Superwash Worsted in Salt Air (200 yds / 182 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 100% Superwash Merino)
• needles: Size 6 US / 4 mm circular needles, 16" / 40 cm for magic loop
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
• gauge: 22 sts and 28 rnds = 4" / 10 cm in St st, blocked
  21 sts and 27 rnds = 4" / 10 cm in Lace pattern, blocked
  For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge.
• finished measurements: Hat brim circumference: 17 ¾ (20, 22 ½)" / 47 (51, 57) cm
  Hat height: 12" / 30.5 cm
  Mitt circumference: 7 ¼ (7 ¾, 8 ¼)" / 18 (19, 20.5) cm
