Like waves lapping up onto the beach and then receding, curved garter stitch ridges create a simple but effective design element. The graceful curves are achieved with short rows. These blankets knit up quickly in a soft and chunky washable merino wool. • yarn: 4 (8, 12) skeins SweetGeorgia Yarns Superwash Six in Tea Party (115 yd / 105 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 100% Superwash Merino Wool)
• needles: Size 7 mm circular needles, 24 (32, 40)" / 60 (80, 100) cm long
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
• gauge: 13 sts and 19 rows = 4" / 10 cm in St st pattern using 7 mm needles
  For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge.

  Lap: 36" / 91.5 cm x 48" / 122 cm
