Like a mountainside covered in snow-dusted trees, a forest of knitted trees covers the length of these lace socks. Knit up in fingering-weight, nylon-reinforced sock yarn and featuring a heavier-duty Dutch heel, these socks should keep you warm for many winters.

• yarn: 1 skein SweetGeorgia Tough Love Sock in English Ivy (425 yd / 385 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 80% easy-care merino, 20% nylon)
• needles: Size 1 US / 2.25 mm circular needles, 32" / 80 cm or longer
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
• gauge: 32 sts and 48 rows = 4" / 10 cm in lace pattern
  For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge
• finished measurements: Foot circumference: 7.5 (9)" / 19 (23) cm, will stretch to fit: 8.5 (10) inches
