BFL+Silk DK

I have wound over 100 hanks of yarn and never had an issue. This yarn continued to give me problems. After needing to hand wind my first hank (without the swift and winder) due to tangling, I thought user error, I’ll try again. So I was extra cautious in how I loaded the next hank onto the swift. Still, it turned into a tangled mess and I was left needing to untangle and wrap by hand. I can’t even bring myself to try the last few. So disappointed.

BFL+Silk DK

I was expecting more color variations in my skein, it turned out quite flat. Yet the yarn itself is quite soft, I’ll sure find some use for it, but not the project I bought it for.
It is always hard to buy yarn on line.

The BFL+Silk DK yarn in Ultraviolet is wonderful. I’m making the Twisted Comfort Sweater by Twin Stitches Designs and this yarn is perfect. It is soft and thick making the sweater turn out just how I want it too. I love the deep purple color as well. I definitely chose the right color and blend of yarn.

Lovely yarn. Already cast on for a sweater.
