Shipping to Canadian Addresses

For Canadian Orders, we ship within Canada throughout the weekdays once your order is complete (with items available in-stock or those which require dyeing). Orders typically takes 4-6 business days to arrive after it is processed, delivery times vary based on your location. If you are in a rush for your order, please contact us to confirm your ETA.

Shipping to US & International Addresses

For US & International Orders, we ship every Friday once your order is complete (with items available in-stock or those which require dyeing). Orders typically takes 4-6 business days to arrive after it is processed through customs, delivery times vary based on your location. International orders will vary depending on the destination country, but typically take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. If you are in a rush for your order, please contact us to confirm your ETA.

Free Shipping on Yarn & Fibre

For all orders within Canada and US, free shipping is available on yarn and fibre orders greater than $175 CAD / $175 USD (after discounts). For Canadian addresses, this also includes all Ashford products included in orders over $175 CAD(after discounts).

Please note: Free shipping is not valid on orders including any equipment (excluding Ashford products for Canadian addresses, as written above), and/or for SweetGeorgia Gift Cards. For these items, please place them on a separate order. Contact us if you have any questions about the free shipping offer for items in your order.

Holiday Shipping 2026

As suggested by couriers, shipping deadlines for regular parcels are listed below to help ensure your order will arrive in time for December 24.

  • Within Canada: Dec 4
  • Within US: Dec 9
  • International orders: Nov 13
  • Schacht equipment: Oct 16
  • Ashford equipment: Nov 20 (based on stock availability)
